Under the background of "no scarring",single-port laparoscopic techniques emerged.With the rapid development of the techniques in surgical areas,the application of single-port laparoscopic techniques in gynecologic area also increased gradually in recent years.In order to overcome the problems of "chopsticks effect","operation triangle",multiport trocar,flexional minimally invasive devices and articulating mechanism were invented,even robotic-assisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery and new three-dimensional head-mounted display system appeared one after another.The application of single port laparoscopy in gynecologic area ranged from single-port access laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy to completely single port multi-visceral resection,from benign lesion surgery to malignant lesion surgery.In this paper,the application and progress of single-port laparoscopic techniques in gynecological surgery are reviewed.%在“无瘢痕”的设想下,单孔腹腔镜技术应运而生.随着该技术在外科领域的迅速发展,近年来单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科手术中的应用也逐渐增多,在短短的几年内,为了克服单孔手术中的“筷子效应”、“操作三角”等诸多问题,多孔trocar、预弯的手术器械和多自由度器械相继问世,甚至出现了单子腹腔镜与机器人外科技术平台的结合以及三维立体头盔式显示系统.单孔腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用也从单孔腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除发展到完全单孔腹腔镜下单脏器乃至多脏器联合切除,从进行妇科良性病变手术发展到能实行恶性病变的单孔手术.
