近年来,癌症患者逐年增加,并呈年轻化趋势.随着临床诊治水平的提高,癌症已成为一种慢性病,在其治疗中关注和保护患者的生育功能和权利日益凸显.从肿瘤生殖学(Oncofertility)出发,治疗前对肿瘤患者的疾病恶性程度评估极为重要;在选择放化疗时,也需充分考虑到化疗药物及放射线对生殖器官和功能的损伤.当前,在妇科癌症患者的治疗中,已有保护生育功能的治疗常规,新的方法也在不断探讨.随着科学的进步及对恶性肿瘤患者诊治手段的提高,将会有更多的恶性肿瘤患者治疗后获得有质量的生活.%The number of cancer patients is increasing and show a younger trend in recent years.With the clinical diagnosis and treatment improved,cancer has become a chronic disease.In addition to treat the disease,we should also pay attention to their reproductive function of patients.Oncofertility emphasizes the importance of disease assessment and the knowlege of the damage of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to reproductive organs and fertility.At present,we have already had some reproductive protection guideline to follow up and many new methods are in study.With the progress of science and the methods of diagnosis and treatment,the quality of life of malignant patients would improve greatly.
