虚拟公共领域功能模式及治理机制研究

摘要

随着互联网技术的发展及网民数量的增加，公共领域逐渐向虚拟转型，由于互联网的开放性和无序性，虚拟公共领域的实现模式及治理成为急需解决的问题。通过广泛调研互联网的各种应用和服务平台，提出一种虚拟公共领域的功能模式以及治理机制，为进一步规范和引导我国虚拟公共领域向着健康有序的方向发展，提供切实可行的政策建议。%With the development of Internet technology and the increase of the number of Internet users, Public Sphere will transform to virtual gradually. Because of the Internet's openness and disorder nature, the realization model and governance of the virtual public sphere become an urgent problem to be solved. Through extensive investigation and research of the services platform and a variety of applications of the Internet, an implementation pattern of the virtual public sphere is put forward, and a virtual public sector governance mechanism is set up. To further standardize and guide the development of China's virtual public sphere in the direction healthily and orderly, feasible policy suggestions are also provided.
