科尔沁非物质文化遗产行政法律保护的困境

The protection of intangible cultural heritage is a hot issue in recent years,this article begins with the administrative protection of intangible cultural heritage,analyzes the status and characteristics of legal protection of the intangible cultural heritage,and introduce the experience of administrative protection of intangible cultural heritage such as Yunnan and Guangxi,finally focuses on the opportunities and challenges of administrative legal protection of intangible cultural heritage of Horqin.%非物质文化遗产保护是近些年的热点问题,本文从非物质文化遗产的行政保护入手,分析了非物质文化遗产保护的现状、特点,以及介绍了云南、广西非物质文化遗产行政保护的经验,着重论述了科尔沁非物质文化遗产行政法律保护面临的机遇以及挑战。
