大肠埃希菌致家兔蒙医“粘”性腹刺痛未成熟热期、成熟热期动物模型的研究

     

摘要

目的:建立大肠埃希菌致家兔蒙医“粘”性腹刺痛症未成熟热期与成熟热期实验模型,为蒙医“粘”性腹刺痛症及未熟热证、成熟热证相关研究提供疾病模型。方法:取16只家兔随机分为实验组8只,空白组8只,实验组采用大肠埃希菌3×108、1ml腹腔4个点注射法造模,空白组注入生理盐水,两组连续测量体温、对照观察一般情况、症候表现。结果:实验组造模后70分钟体温迅速上升,约80分钟达高热,高热持续约240分钟,380分钟后体温开始缓慢下降至基础体温水平。发热过程中出现精神状况、活动、发热、寒战、毛被、呼吸、心跳、耳及耳缘血管、眼、鼻、舌、进食进水、尿色、尿气味、粪便的色味与软硬度等方面出现了规律性变化。其体温上升期出现的症候表现符合蒙医疫因性温病未熟热阶段的表现,高热平台期症候符合蒙医疫因性温病成熟热阶段表现。两组比较具有显著性差异。结论:大肠埃希菌腹腔注射诱发家兔发热模型符合蒙医疫因性温病未熟热期和成熟热期的症候表现,可用于蒙医“粘”性腹刺痛未熟热期、成熟热期相关的实验研究。%Objective:To establish rabbit models of Mongolian medicine“Nian”nature abdominal tingle in immature and mature fever stages by Escherichia coli, and to provide disease models for related studies of Mongolian“Nian”na-ture abdominal tingle, immature and mature fever syndromes. Methods:16 rabbits were randomly divided into experi-mental group(8 rabbits)and control group(8 rabbits), the experimental group was intraperitoneally injected 1 ml Escherichia coli(3 × 108/ml), and injected four enterocoelia points to establish model, the control group was injected with saline. The body temperatures of two groups were continuously measured, and the general conditions, symptoms were observed and compared. Results:The body temperature in the experimental group rapidly rose after modeling 70 minutes, about 80 minutes reached high fever, the high fever lasted about 240 minutes, and after 380 minutes, the tem-perature began to drop slowly to the basal body temperature level. In the process of fever, the mental condition, activity, fever, chill, hair, fleece, breath, heartbeat, ear, blood vessels of ear edge, eye, nose, tongue, eating and drinking, urine color, urine odor, fecal color, odor and hardness and so on were regularly changed. The symptoms appeared in tempera-ture rise period accorded with the immature stages of Mongolian medicine“Yin”nature warm disease, and the symp-toms appeared in fever platform period accorded with the mature stages. There were significant differences between two groups. Conclusion:The symptoms of rabbit fever model established by intraperitoneal injection of Escherichia coli ac-cord with the immature and mature stages of Mongolian medicine“Yin”nature warm disease, and can be used to study related Mongolian medicine“Nian”nature abdominal tingle in immature and mature fever period.
