中国共产党执政赢得民心的经验探析

摘要

Since the Communist Party of China came to power ,major factors of winning popular feel‐ings have experienced history changes in ideology ,charisma ,economic performance and democracy and rule of law .Insufficient thought preparation ,influence of historical culture tradition ,show of socialist su‐periority and increasing issues of social justice are important reasons that cause the changes of primary and secondary statuses .In order to be in power for a long period of time ,the Communist Party of China needs grabbing construction of winning popular feelings as strategic mission untiringly ,and the Communist Par‐ty of China should develop the construction of winning popular feelings according to the law productivity‐relation of production (economic base)‐superstructure .At present ,surrounding development ,the con‐struction of winning popular feelings should focus on adjustment and reformation of relation of production and superstructure .%中国共产党执政以来，赢得民心的主要因素经历了意识形态、领袖魅力、经济绩效、民主法治的历史转变。思想准备不足、历史文化传统影响、社会主义优越性的彰显、日益凸显的社会公正问题是促成这4种因素主次地位转变的重要原因。党长期执政需要把赢得民心建设作为一项战略任务常抓不懈，并且依据生产力---生产关系（经济基础）---上层建筑变化规律开展赢得民心建设。当前，赢得民心建设应该围绕发展，以调整和变革生产关系与上层建筑为重点。
