原发性高血压相关基因的研究进展

摘要

The pathogenesis of essential hypertension stems from a complex interaction between en-vironmental and genetic factors. However,genetic factors play an important role in the formation of hy-pertension. Researchers focus on the essential hypertension-related genes. This article reviewed the research progress of essential hypertension-related genes.%原发性高血压是由遗传和环境因素共同作用而引起的复杂性疾病，其中遗传因素在高血压的形成中起重要作用，原发性高血压相关基因的研究成为热点，本文就原发性高血压相关基因的研究做一综述。
