流动人口就业决策代际差异的影响因素分析

摘要

This paper studies the influence factors of floating population employment . I find that the individual characteristics of the floating population for employment have a significant impact . New generation of the floating population and the old of the floating population of the environment faced with the same income and employment . New generation migrant employment rate is relatively low , and the “mov-ing without workers” phenomenon appears . Cenozoic migrant employment expectations has changed compared with the old concepts in em-ployment .%本文通过研究流动人口就业水平的影响因素，分析发现流动人口的个体特征，尤其是“年龄”“受教育水平”等因素对其就业水平有显著性的影响。新生代流动人口和老一代流动人口虽然面对同样的收入和就业环境，但新生代流动人口就业率相对较低，出现了“迁而不工”的现象，其主要原因是由于新生代流动人口的就业期望、就业观念与老一代相比发生了变化。
