产业结构合理化对我国环境技术效率的影响

摘要

Based on the SBM model , the paper measures the environmental technology efficiency of 28 provinces in China , and empirically studies the relationship between the rationalization of the industrial structure and the efficiency of the environmental technology . The results showed that the whole level of our country environmental technology efficiency is on the low side , the central and western re-gions showed more obvious than in the eastern region;rationalization of industrial structure can improve the efficiency of environmental tech-nology through direct and indirect effect , and the promoting role in eastern region appears more obvious;economies of scale and the degree of opening to the outside world produce positive effects on the environmental technology efficiency , and effects of government regulation on environmental efficiency is not significant .%本文基于SBM模型测度了中国28个省份1994～2012年的环境技术效率水平，并对产业结构合理化与环境技术效率的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明：我国的环境效率水平整体偏低，中西部地区比东部地区表现得更为明显；产业结构合理化通过直接作用和间接作用能显著促进环境技术效率的提高，且这种促进作用在东部地区表现得更明显；经济规模和对外开放程度都对环境技术效率产生正向影响，而政府管制对环境技术效率的影响不显著。
