Based on Malmquist index and DEA model , this paper calculates the R&D innovation TFP of Chinese regional high-tech industry from 2000 to 2012;taking IPP , FDI and R&D TFP innovation in a uniform framework , it investigates the influence of IPP , FDI on R&D innovation TFP index and its decomposition of Chinese high-tech industry . The research results show that:the R&D innova-tion annual TFP growth is 6.3% , and the main driving force is technological progress;there are significant differences in the regional IPP level;the regression results show that:IPP has a significant role in promoting the R&D innovation TFP , FDI shows a significant negative spillover effect , and the interaction of IPP and FDI also has a significant positive effect .%运用DEA模型的Malmquist指数法对2000~2012年我国区域高技术产业研发创新全要素生产率(TFP)进行测算,并将知识产权保护、FDI与研发创新TFP纳入统一的框架下进行系统分析,考察知识产权保护、FDI对我国高技术产业研发创新TFP及其分解指数的影响。研究结果表明:我国高技术产业研发创新TFP年均增长6畅3%,主要动力为技术进步;我国各区域的知识产权保护水平差异显著;回归结果显示:对于我国高技术产业研发创新TFP而言,知识产权保护有着显著的促进作用, FDI表现出显著的负溢出效应,二者的交互作用也存在显著正向影响。
