信息技术的普遍推广和城市化的快速发展，使得建设智慧城市成为一种趋势，关于智慧城市的理论研究及实践经验也逐渐丰富，但智慧城市的发展不能只考虑单个城市，必须要加强区域合作。通过对智慧城市群进行概念定义并梳理国内外文献，可以发现智慧城市有向更大区域发展的潜力，智慧城市群这一全新的建设理念孕育而生。智慧城市与智慧城市群有相似的理论基础也有各自的发展特色，本文结合当今国内外对智慧城市群的规划实践，引出对我国建设智慧城市群的思考并提出以完善理论研究、加强城际互联性、构建智慧城市群可持续发展的三大保障为主的可行性建议。%The popularization of information technology and the rapid development of urbanization make the construction of intelligent city become a trend , theoretical research and practical experience about wisdom city are also gradually abundant , but the wisdom of the city development can not only consider a single city , must strengthen regional cooperation . Through the study of the concept of intelligent urban agglomeration which is defined and carded domestic and foreign literature , it can be found greater wisdom city regional development potential and wisdom for the construction of the urban agglomeration is a new idea . Wisdom city and urban agglomeration have similar theo-retical basis and with the development of their respective characteristics , combined with today’s practice of wisdom of urban agglomeration planning at home and abroad , which leads to the wisdom of urban agglomerations construction of our country and puts forward to improve the theoretical research , strengthen intercity interconnection , build wisdom . Three guarantees for the sustainable development of urban ag-glomerations are given priority to the feasibility of the proposal .
