地方高校智库区域特质的形成机理与发展路径--以湖州师范学院农村发展研究院为例

摘要

Regional features of local university think tanks have evolved gradually during the process of the disequilibrium development of regional higher education.This thesis attempts to explore the value and orientation of university think tanks,and analyzes the formation mechanism of the regional features of local university think tanks in the view of disequilibrium theory by taking Rural Development School of Huzhou University as an example.The approaches to cultivate the advantages of local university think tanks are to strengthen the interaction with the local government constantly,to promote the application and transformation of humanities and the achievements of social sciences,and to establish the platform of interdisciplinary development.%地方高校智库区域特质是在区域高等教育非均衡发展的过程中逐渐形成的。以湖州师范学院农村发展研究院为例，探讨高校智库的价值与定位，分析在非均衡发展理论下地方高校智库区域特质的形成机理。通过不断加强与地方政府之间的互动，在地方区位优势基础上培育地方高校智库的优势，促进人文社会科学成果的应用与转化，倡导跨学科协同研究等途径有效发展地方高校智库的区域特质。
