湖州市专利密集型产业专利价值发挥的现状与思考

摘要

专利密集型产业是一个城市创新发展的重要支柱。目前湖州市专利密集型产业主要分布于传统产业，并呈现出鲜明的地域特色，但这些产业的专利价值发挥总体处于起步阶段。这涉及到专利价值认知不够全面、专利本身质量不够优化、专利服务体系不够完善以及专利市场环境不够成熟等各方面原因。为促进专利密集型产业专利价值的有效发挥，需进一步在专利工作上加强政府引导，加快队伍建设，加速信息传递以及加大保护力度。%Patent intensive industry is an important pillar to improve the innovation development of a country.At present,the patent-intensive industry is mainly distributed in traditional industries,and shows distinct geographical features.However,the patent value exertion of these industries is generally in the initial stage,the reasons of which include the incomprehensive cognition of patent value,the de-fect of patent quality,the imperfections of patent service system and the immature of patent market en-vironment.In order to promote the effective use of the patent value of the patent intensive industry, some actions should be taken such as strengthening government guidance,quickening team construc-tion,accelerating information transfer and intensifying protection strength.
