一种废气处理高频高压电源的设计

         

摘要

设计一种用于有机工业废气处理的串联谐振全桥逆变高频高压电源,对主电路和控制电路进行了隔离,分析了串联谐振逆变电源的各种控制方式及特点。该电源可以根据需要在多个模式下工作,具有重量轻、体积小、对公共电网干扰小等特点。%We have designed a kind of high frequency and high voltage series resonant full bridge invertion which is adopted in the industrial organic waste gas treatment and is designed and isolation is made between main circuit and control circuit and the control types are also analyzed.The power supply can work on more than one mode and has a light weight,small volume,and little interference on the public power grid and other characteristics with good results in the experiment.
