摘要

针对员工职称晋升和绩效考核等过程中存在的业绩材料管理散乱、查找不方便等问题，研发了员工业绩管理系统软件.系统使用了基于 ASP.NET 技术，具有荣誉展示、档案录入与查询、模拟评分、报表统计等基本功能，实现了员工成长档案的集中化、电子化管理，提高员工档案管理与职称申报的效率.%In the process of employee’s promotion and performance examination,there exist such problems as the scattering of performance data of management,inconvenience in searching,etc.The au-thor has developed the software for the management of employee’s performance.The system with the function such as honor display,data query,simulation scoring,report statistics are introduced.The cen-tralized and electronic management of employee data is achieved.The efficiency of management for em-ployee file and employee title application is improved.
