新形势下提升大学生党员群众工作能力的思考

摘要

Adhering to the mass line and doing the mass work well are the good traditions of our Par-ty.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the Party members’mass work ability with the aim of dealing with the new problems and situation in the new period with great social transformation.Simi-larly,enhancing college student Party members’mass work ability is of the same importance to meet the requirements of strengthening college Party construction and improving their creative ability,rall-ying power and combat aptitude of the primary Party organizations in the new times.This article states the meaning of the advancement of college student mass work capacity,the problems in their practice of the mass work,and puts forward some concrete measures to advance college student Party members’ mass work ability.%坚持群众路线，做好群众工作，是我们党的优良传统。在社会变革日新月异的新时期，党的群众工作能力建设有待进一步加强，以适应出现的新情况、新问题。同样，提高大学生党员群众工作能力，也是新时期加强高校学生党建工作、增强基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力的要求。本文阐述了提高大学生党员群众工作能力的意义、大学生党员群众工作实践中存在的问题，并提出了提升大学生党员群众工作能力的具体措施。
