The redswamp crayfish was fed in the simulation of heavy metal water system,and a stud-y is made on the relationships of redswamp crayfish heavy metal concentration and breeding time,breed-ing conditions in the heavy metals water.Result shows with the increasing days of feeding,the increase of the concentration of heavy metals in water,the amount of metal lead,cadmium and copper rise in the head,shrimp shell and muscles;the enrichment capability of Redswamp crayfish for cadmium is:mus-cle > head > shell,the enrichment capability of Redswamp crayfish for cadmium,copperis:head >shrimp shell > muscle.A conclusion is drawn that it is easy to form serious heavy metal enrichment.%模拟重金属水体环境下饲养克氏原螯虾,研究克氏原螯虾体内重金属含量与水体中重金属浓度、养殖时间、养殖条件之间的关系。结果表明,随着饲养天数的增加,饲养水体中重金属浓度的增加,克氏原螯虾头部、虾壳和肌肉中金属铅、镉和铜的含量都呈上升的态势;其主要部位对镉的富集能力大小为:肌肉>头部>壳;对镉、铜的富集能力大小为:头部>虾壳>肌肉。实验显示,克氏原螯虾体内易形成较严重的重金属富集现象。
