湖南省外商直接投资的生态环境效应研究

摘要

China joining into the WTO is an important occasion for Hunan province to attract foreign capital. Foreign capital continuously pouring in can greatly promote the rapid development of the economy. But at the same time,we find that environmental problems of Hunan province are increasingly serious. In light of the case,this paper mainly studies correlation between FDI and environment pollution in Hunan province,the impact of FDI upon the environment,analyzes the reasons of the negative effect of FDI, and puts forward countermeasures to promote a coordinated development of environment and economy.%我国加入 WTO 是湖南省招商引资的一个重要契机，外资的不断引入极大地促进了经济的快速发展，但同时我们发现湖南省的环境问题也日益严重。据此，笔者主要研究湖南省外商直接投资与生态环境之间的内在联系，进一步探讨湖南省外商直接投资对其环境的影响，探寻外商直接投资所带来的负效应的原因，并为促进湖南省生态环境和经济的协调发展提出对策。
