不同炮制去心法对巴戟天多糖含量的影响

             

摘要

目的 比较不同炮制去心方法的巴戟天及其木心中多糖的含量.方法 采用80%乙醇回流提取,用改进的苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量.结果 巴戟天不同炮制品及其木心中多糖含量高低依次为:制巴戟天>巴戟肉>盐巴戟天>巴戟天木心.结论 巴戟天经甘草制有利于多糖的溶出,盐炙品的多糖含量低于巴戟肉,巴戟天木心多糖含量最低.%Objective To study the influence of different process to remove woody core on polysaccharide contents of Morinda officinalis and its woody core. Methods Backwash extract was with 80% ethanol, the improved phenol-sulferic acid method was used to detect the polysaccharide contents. Results The polysaccharide contents of Morinda officinalis in different processed materials and the woody core of root from high to low were licorice processing officinalis>officinalis flesh>salt officinalis>officinalis woody core. Conclusion Morinda officinalis processed by licorice is beneficial to the dissolution of polysaccharides; the salt officinalis is lower than the officinalis flesh in polysaccharide content; and the woody core of root has the lowest polysaccharide content.
