西甲硅油联合微量泵泵奶对早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效研究

摘要

Objective Through observing the impact of feeding intolerance in preterm infants with different feeding methods,in order to explore a more conducive to improving the survival rate of premature infants. Methods Selecting 180 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance in hospital,were randomly divided into three groups with different feeding ways.The group A were treated with gastric tube,group B with micro pump,group C were treated with simethicone combined and micro pump milk. The effect and complications of three groups were compared. Results The treatment on improving the clinical signs of group B was significantly than group A(P < 0.01),group C was the best in three groups(P < 0.01).The treatment effect of group C was the best than group B and group A. Conclusion Using simethicone combined and micro pump feeding milk for premature infants could improve the survival rate .%目的 研究不同喂养方式对早产儿喂养不耐受的影响,探讨一种更有利于提高早产儿生存率的方法.方法 选择在本院儿科住院出现喂养不耐受的早产儿180例,随机分为3组进行不同方式喂养.A组行常规胃管鼻饲,B组行微量泵泵奶,C组行西甲硅油联合微量泵泵奶,观察各组喂养情况及喂养并发症进行比较.结果 治疗后在临床症状改善方面B组较A组明显(P＜0.01),C组较B组明显(P＜0.01).喂养并发症方面C组最少,B组次之.结论 西甲硅油联合微量泵泵奶更有利于提高早产儿生存率.
