Objective Evaluation and analysis of pharmaceutical intervention on type Ⅰincision in our hospital effect of prophylactic use of antibiotics .Methods A retrospective survey method, random sample of pharmaceutical intervention in the previous year(January 2008-12 months)and after one year(2010 1 month-December 2010)Ⅰ type incision of the 60 hospital medical records Involved in thyroid surgery, fracture fixation, hernia repair, skin fat(powder) tumor resection, coronary stenting, breast surgery cases for statistical analysis and evaluation of preventive medicine intervention on the impact of drug use. Results The Pharmacy before intervention: not indicated application of antibiotics accounted for 33.9% the proportion of the total; rational use of antimicrobial drugs in 44 cases(74.6%); the timing of irrational drug use was 25 cases, accounting for 83.3% of the total number of unreasonable; postoperative continuous Unreasonable application of antibiotics in 22 cases. Pharmacy intervention: not indicated application of antibiotics accounted for 17.1% of the proportion of the total; rational use of antimicrobial drugs in 40 cases(97.5%); the timing of irrational drug use was 5 cases, accounting for 16.7% of the total number of irrational, continuing after Rational use of antimicrobial drugs in 1. Conclusion The pharmaceutical intervention classⅠprophylactic antibiotics incision significant effect(P＜0.01).%目的 分析药学干预对我院I类手术切口预防性应用抗生素药物的影响.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取药学干预前一年(2008年1月～12月)及后一年(2010年1月～2010年12月)I类手术切口出院病历各60份,涉及甲状腺手术、骨折内固定术、疝气修补术、皮肤脂肪(粉)瘤切除术、冠脉支架成形术、乳腺手术,病例进行统计分析,评价药学干预对预防性用药的影响.结果 药学干预前:无指征应用抗生素药物占总数比例的33.9%;合理选用抗生素药物44例(74.6%);用药时间选择不合理的25例,占不合理总数的83.3%;术后持续不合理应用抗生素药物22例.药学干预后:无指征应用抗生素药物占总数的比例为17.1%;合理选用抗生素药物40例(97.5%);用药时间选择不合理的5例,占不合理总数的16.7%,术后持续不合理应用抗生素药物1例.结论 药学干预对I类手术切口预防性应用抗生素药物有显著性影响.
