多层屏蔽共面波导模型及其实验

             

摘要

A model for shielded multi- layered coplanar waveguides is proposed A sample coplanar waveguide is analyzed using the model. Twenty kinds of asymmetric CPW's can be derived from the model. Conformal mapping methods are used to obtain analytic closed - form expressions for the characteristic impedance and the relative effective permitivity of the model proposed. A sample coplanar wave guide is analyzed using the model. Calculations are performed on the sample derived from the model. The sample CPW is fabricated. Its characteristic impedance and effecdve permittvity are measured using time domain reflectometry methods. The validity and accuracy of the model is confirmed by the comparison between the experimental and theoretical results.%提出了一个屏蔽多层共面波导模型.由这个模型可以演变出20种非对称共面波导.为了获得特性阻抗和相对有效介电常数的封闭解析表达式,采用保角交换方法对所提出的模型进行了分析.然后利用该模型分析了一个共面波导的特例,对这个特例进行了计算并制作了这个特例的样品.采用时域反射法对样品的特性阻抗和相对有效介电常数进行了测试.通过比较理论计算与实验结果,说明了这个模型是准确和有效的.
