基于嵌入式IPC的卷烟机电控系统设计

         

摘要

At present,“PLC+high-speed processing board”architecture is used in the majority of cigarette electric control system, and its stability is poor. To solve the problem, a design of cigarette electrical control system based on embedded IPC platform is put forward. The new platform has high-speed and high-performance features, so the PLC logic control and high-speed signal processing algorithms is integrated on the same platform, simultaneously, using ethernet peripheral bus control technology to achieve sub-station configuration, thus the stability problem of the original multi-platform architecture brought by poor compatibility is solved. The system tests show that the new structure commendably solve the false detections, false reports, system downtime and other problems that caused by multiple platforms, and improve the stability and productive efficiency of the device.%国内卷烟机电控系统大部分采用“PLC+高速处理板卡”架构,为了解决该架构稳定性较差的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式IPC控制的电控系统架构。新架构基于嵌入式IPC高速、高性能的特点,将PLC逻辑控制与高速信号处理算法集成于同一平台,利用 Ethernet 总线控制技术实现外围子站的组态,从而解决原有多平台架构因兼容性差带来的稳定性问题。测试结果表明:新架构很好地解决了因多平台导致的故障误检误报、系统停机等问题,提高了设备的稳定性和生产效率。
