对未成年人犯罪的非犯罪化研究

摘要

The guiding ideology and principle of the current Chinese minor criminal system is basically conformed to the world’s trend, but the problems arising from judicial practice reflects that there are still many deficiencies. So we should draw lessons from the foreign legislation and practice, and construct a decriminalization system of the minor crime with Chinese characteristics.%　　当前我国未成年人刑事制度的指导思想和原则是基本符合世界非犯罪化趋势的，然而司法实践中所产生的问题，折射出我国对未成年人犯罪的处理尚存在很多不足。应借鉴域外的立法与实践，构建有中国特色的未成年人犯罪非罪化制度。
