表面涂层摩擦机理研究

             

摘要

详细分析了表面涂层的摩擦机理。其中涂层的摩擦机理主要可分为油层参数影响原理、摩擦化学原理、摩擦物理原理与材料转移原理等。涂层参数是指涂层及基体的硬度值、涂层厚度和基体表面粗糙度。摩擦化学原理包括涂层表面化学保护层的生成、涂层的氧化等方面的理论。而材料转移原理是指由于摩擦界面之间形成材料转移层而导致摩擦界面的摩擦特性的改变。%A comprehensive concept for friction mechanisms of coated surfaces is presented. The friction mechanisms are first classified broadly into parameters of coated surfaces, tribochemical, tribophysical and material transfer mechanisms. The parameters of coated surfaces in this article are the hardness of coatings and substrate, the thickness of coatings, the roughness of substrate. The tribochemical mechnisms include the tormation of microfilms on coatings and the oxidation of coatings. The mechanism of material transfer influences friction as a transferred film is formed on it.
