“双师”结构专业教学团队建设途径的探讨

         

摘要

The exceUent dual-teacher teaching group is the key to improve the quality of training talented graduates in vocational colleges, and is the essential part of buildlng the cconotation of vocational colleges. Numerical Control teaching group of Hunan Industry Polytechnic taken as an example, this paper proposes ideas of school-enterprise cooperation, complementation of full-time teacher and part-time teacher, and optimizing professional teaching group. The comprehensive measures to improve the dual-teacher qualification are introduced. The innovation of managing teaching group, arousing the vigour of teaching group, and so on are discussed. By the above ideas and approaches, the construction and management of teaching group are effectively im- proved, and the teaching group has made a good achievement in the following aspects, such as the reform of com'se teaching, innovating the talent-training mode of work-learning combination, improving the quality of professional talents, etc.%高水平“双师”结构教学团队是提高高职人才培养质量的关键,是高职院校内涵建设的重要内容。本文以湖南工业职业技术学院数控技术专业教学团队建设为例,提出了校企合作,专兼互补,优化专业教学团队结构的思路,介绍了全方位、多途径提高“双师”素质的具体措施,并对创新教学团队管理运行机制,激发团队活力等方面进行了初步探讨。通过这些思路和方法,有效地促进了教学团队的建设和管理,并促使教学团队在推动课程教学改革、创新工学结合人才培养模式、提高专业人才培养质量等方面取得了良好的成效。
