论高职院校教学管理部门的流程优化与设计--基于BPR视角

摘要

Teaching management department is one of the most important functional departments in higher vocational colleges. The process optimization and design is very important to improve its education quality. This paper applies BPR Analysis to the teaching management department of higher vocational colleges,and discusses rethinking its operation process and the system transformation, which greatly improve the following aspects of the teaching management department:cost,quality,service,reaction,etc. The performance of teaching management department is also improved.%教学管理部门是高职院校的重要职能部门之一，优化与设计其流程对于提高高职院校的教育教学质量至关重要。论文将“BPR（流程优化与设计）”的观点应用于高职院校教学管理部门，讨论对其运行过程作重新思考和系统改造，使之在成本、质量、服务和反应等方面获得实质性的改善以提高业务绩效。
