高校人事档案管理工作中的问题及对策

The college personnel records management is of policies and profession.However,this work exists some problems such as the file awareness is not strong;personnel business is not fine and the archival facilities incomplete,missing materials,archives and oth%高校人事档案管理工作政策性强,专业要求较高,但目前这项工作在一定程度上还存在着档案意识不强、人员业务不精、档案设施不全、材料归档不齐等问题,亟需提高档案管理人员素质,增强教职工的档案意识,健全档案管理制度,确保人事档案的完整性,为人事管理工作提供决策依据和理论支持。
