农村公共文化服务绩效评估缺失及其改进——基于江苏乡镇文化站的考察

摘要

基于江苏乡镇文化站的考察发现,农村公共文化服务绩效评估的主要缺失在于绩效评估体系建构不完整、绩效评估机制不完善、绩效评估的效率不高。应通过将农村公共文化服务绩效评估指标纳入乡镇绩效考核体系,实行绩效评估多元化,进行公共文化服务绩效评估的法制化建设等措施予以改进。%Abstraett Basing on the investigation for the township cultural stations of Jiangsu province, this paper found that the default of performance evaluation of rural public cultural service caused by following factors： evaluation system is incomplete, evaluation mechanism is imperfect, evaluation itself is inefficiency. The author then proposed some suggestion to optimize the service： to adopt performance evaluation of rural public cultural service, to township performance evaluation mechanism, to introduce multi-evaluation, to legalization the performance evaluation of rural public cultural service.
