Young people account for nearly one third of the population. They are enterprising, keen, open and lively. They are the best at keeping up with the pulse of the times and are the best at understanding the propaganda trend and needs of the society. Nowadays, the youth are endowed with unprecedented social influence. Compared with middle-aged and old people, irreplaceable is the role of youth in propagating and implementing the spirit of CCP's Nineteenth Plenary Session. They are the backbone and the main force. But young people also have disadvantages.
