高校财务管理专业实验教学改革与创新路径选择——以惠州学院财务管理专业为例

摘要

In Colleges and Universities, experimental teaching is an important and effective way to improve students＇ practical ability, to develop students＇ innovation ability, and to achieve application oriented training objective. Starting from a number of issues, such as the thinking and understanding bias of the modern experimental teaching, the traditional experimental teaching methods, and the weak teachers of experiment, this paper proposes experimental teaching from a focus on investment, taking diversity of experimental teaching methods, building a dual - qualified teaching team and other aspects, to reform and innovation, and then to promote and improve the ex- perimental teaching reform in the major of financial management in our University.%高校的实验教学是以提高学生实践能力、培养学生创新能力，实现应用型人才培养为目标。文章从对现代实验教学的认识偏差，传统落后的实验教学方法、实验师资力量薄弱等问题入手，提出重视实验教学投入、采取多样化实验教学方法、构筑双师型教学团队等方面的改革与创新，进而推进和完善财务管理专业实验教学工作的改革。
