硅酸钾和正硅酸乙酯在土遗址加固中作用的研究

     

摘要

Potassium silicate(PS) and Ethyl silicate(ES) are two kinds of consolidants for earthen buildings and archaeological sites.The materials were tested to consolidate soil samples with two water contents in this work.The soil samples were analysed by SEM,and the mechanism of the reinforcement was discussed.The results show that the soil samples treated by concentration of 5 wt.% PS has little change in color,good results in mechanical properties,water decomposition test,freezing-thaw test,resistance to temperature and humidity.It proves that 5 wt.% PS is suitable for consolidate soil buildings and archaeological sites.%硅酸钾(PS)与正硅酸乙酯(ES)是两类主要的土质加固剂.为检验不同加固剂对土遗址的加固能力,选择两种不同含水量的土样进行测试.采用SEM对加固土样进行了分析,讨论了加固剂对土样的加固机理.结果表明:5%的PS有好的加固效果,经过加固的土样颜色变化小,土样的力学强度得到提高,具有耐水、耐冻融、耐温度、耐湿度变化能力,证明这种材料可用于土遗址的加固保护.
