according to the actual situation of plant power consumption management,the paper designed and implemented an intelligent factory power management system based on Internet of things technology. Using field executes three layer network structure layer,the middle layer of the upper layer transmission control,intelligent management,based on power line carrier technology,ZigBee wireless network technol-ogy,RFID technology,embedded technology as the foundation,taking intelligent strategy as a means of management,the realization of intelligent plant in real time on line intelligent centralized management function,the system realized the green manufacturing plant,saving low carbon,energy saving and emis-sion reduction plant factory.The system has been successfully used in intelligent plant based on Internet of things technology application demonstration project.%根据工厂用电管理的实际情况,设计并实现了一种基于物联网技术的工厂智能电能管理系统。采用现场执行层、中间传输控制层、上层智能管理的三层网络结构,以电力载波技术、ZigBee 无线网络技术、RFID 技术、嵌入式技术为基础,以智能策略为管理手段,实现了对智能工厂集中实时在线智能管理功能,实现了绿色制造型工厂、节约低碳型工厂、节能减排型工厂。该系统已在基于物联网技术的智能工厂应用示范项目中使用。
