基于SiC器件的两级光伏并网逆变器设计

     

摘要

This design adopts the high performance DSP as control chip, the application of SiC for 1 kW two-stage unfenced two levels of photovoltaic (PV) grid inverter, Double close-loop control method has been applied in the system, DC voltage loop regulated by PI regulator, and AC current loop controlled by prediction model with no beat.Based on Matlab/Simulink simulation analysis, it has produced a 1 kW prototype.Simulation and the experimental results show that the prototype has a good dynamic characteristic.%采用高性能的DSP作为控制芯片,将SiC应用于1 kW两级非隔离光伏并网逆变器中,控制策略采用双闭环控制,直流电压环采用PI控制,交流电流环采用预测型无差拍控制.基于Matlab/Simulink进行仿真分析,并制作了一台1 kW的实验样机,仿真和实验结果表明样机有良好的动态特性.
