富锌、铬、硒酵母复合微量元素对糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢和抗氧化能力的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Zn ,Cr,Se-enriched yeast compound on lipid-glucose metabolism and antioxidant activity in diabetic mice .Methods 80 mice with diabetic model were randomly di-vided into 4 groups and fed with different doses of yeast compound for 8 consecutive weeks .Another 20 mice were selected as control group .The changes of body weight ,blood glucose and lipid levels and antioxidant fac-tors were determined and compared among different groups .Results Body weight of mice in B , C, D and E groups in was significantly decreased after 2 weeks as compared to A group ( P<0 .05 ) .With the extension of intervention time,body weight of mice in group B was decreased (P<0.05),body weigh in C,D and E groups was gradually rise,and after 8-week treatment,body weight in D group was significantly higher than that of C and E groups(P<0.05).Compared with B group,serum GLU,TC and TG levels in D and E groups were sig-nificantly lowered(P<0.05),serum HDL-C level was significantly elevated(P<0.05).MDA content in C,D and E groups was significantly reduced and the activities of SOD ,GPX,GSH were significantly increased as co-pared to B group(P<0.05).Conclusion selenium,chromium,Zinc-enriched yeast compound can promote lip-id metabolism in diabetic mice ,elevate antioxidant capacity andalleviate the symptoms of diabetes .%目的:探讨富锌、铬、硒酵母复合微量元素对糖尿病模型小鼠糖脂代谢以及抗氧化能力的影响。方法选取健康小白鼠20只,作为对照组( A组),同时选取糖尿病模型小鼠80只,随机分成4组,喂食不同剂量的酵母有机微量元素(分别为B、C、D、E组),连续治疗8周,监测小鼠的体重变化。治疗结束后比较不同组小鼠血液中糖脂代谢以及抗氧化因子各项指标。结果实验2周后,B、C、D和E 组小鼠体重显著低于A组(P<0.05),随着干预时间的推移,B组小鼠体重呈现下降趋势(P<0.05),C、D、E组小鼠体重又有逐渐回升的趋势,8周时D组小鼠体重显著高于C组和E组(P<0.05);D组和E组小鼠血清GLU、TC、TG水平均显著低于B组小鼠(P<0.05),D组和E组小鼠血清HDL-C水平均显著高于B组小鼠(P<0.05);C组、D组和E组小鼠MDA指标显著低于B组(P<0.05),SOD、GPX、GSH等指标显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论富硒、铬、锌酵母复合微量元素可促进糖尿病小鼠的糖脂代谢,提高抗氧化能力,缓解糖尿病症状。
