Al3+对油菜幼苗生长影响的研究

     

摘要

Effects of Al3+,Ca2+ and macrominerals and microminerals of 1/2MS media on growth of Brassica napus L.seedlings were studied.Results indicated that the effect of different Al3+ concentrations on absolute root length was highly signifficant,but its effects on relative root lenghth,absolute seedling weight and relative weight were not.Adding Ca2+ into AlCl3 solution affected the root relative length signifficantly but did not affect the root absolute length,absolute seedling weight and relative weight signifficantly.Adding macrominerals and microminarals of 1/2 MS media signifficantly affected the absolute root length,relative root length,absolute seedling weight and relative seeding weight of Brassica napus L.%研究了不同的基本培养基和不同的Al3+浓度对油菜幼苗根的长度和全株重量的影响.不同的Al3+浓度对根的绝对长度影响极显著,对根的相对长度、幼苗全株绝对重量和相对重量影响不显著;在AlCl3溶液中添加CaCl2对根的相对长度影响极为显著,对根的绝对长度、全株绝对重量和相对重量影响不显著;在AlCl3溶液中添加1/2MS大量元素和微量元素对根的绝对长度、相对长度、全株绝对重量和相对重量影响极为显著;不同的基本培养基和不同的Al3+浓度间的交互作用不显著.
