By questionnaire investigation of two types of map users aged under 60, one had studied cartography and another not, this paper studied their intention about map application and satisfaction degrees of their maps, etc. Based on the results, some advices were proposed for the development of new maps and the cartography's teaching reform, I. E. Multimedia, virtual reality and network communications technology need to be used during the compilation of new maps, and students need to be trained with an emphasis on the map application during the cartography's teaching.%选择曾学过和未学过《地图学》,对地图有着不同认识的两类用户作为调查对象,对他们在日常工作和生活中使用地图的目的、频率以及对现有地图产品的满意度和对未来地图产品的期望等进行问卷调查.根据调查结果,从用户体验的视角,提出要在充分应用现代测量技术的同时,更多地引进网络通信技术、多媒体和虚拟仿真等技术来进行多维电子地图等新的地图产品开发与制作的建议；在《地图学》教学中,应着重培养学生掌握地图应用技能,尤其是地图野外应用以及地图室内阅读与分析的技能.
