黄金分割比在炮口制退器结构拓扑优化中的应用

         

摘要

Muzzle brake accords with the dual requirements of lightweight and high mechanical properties as muzzle parts .According to this request ,topology optimization was executed on muzzle brake using the finite element analysis methods ,and in the groove (That material is removed) design the golden section ratio was used ;using the golden section ratio in the case of the smaller mass the optimal muzzle brake had good mechanical properties and high dynamic stiffness was found by comparative analysis on finite element static strength and dynamic stiffness . The results provided reference for the structural design of the muzzle brake to reduce the impact of the muzzle to improve shooting accuracy .%采用有限元分析方法对炮口制退器进行拓扑优化,并在沟槽即去除材料设计中采用黄金分割比。通过有限元静强度和动刚度对比分析,发现采用黄金分割比优化后的炮口制退器在较小质量的情况下具有较好的综合力学性能和较大的动刚度。
