大豆油基UV树脂的制备及应用研究

         

摘要

In this paper, acrylated epoxidized soybean oil ( AESO ) was synthesized by self-made epoxidized soybean oil.And then acrylated epoxidized soybean oil was grafted respectively by maleic anhydride and hydroxyethyl acrylate half blocked isophorone diisocyanate to abtain MAESO and HAESO.And the structures of intermediate products were characterized by FT-IR.UV curing system was formed by adding 20%styrene and 3%IRG-184 into the oligomer.The UV cured resins were well coated on the surface of tinplate and polytetrafluoroethylene plate, and then cured under UV irradiation.The properties of the films were characterized by tensile test, scanning electron microscope( SEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis( TG) .And water absorption, gel content, impact strength, adhesion test, gloss and pencil hardness were also demonstrated.The results showed that the UV cured film made by maleic anhydride grafting acrylated epoxidized soybean oil present more excellent comprehensive properties.%以自制的环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料,合成丙烯酸化环氧大豆油(AESO),分别用马来酸酸酐和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HAM)半封端的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)接枝AESO,得到两种可UV固化的大豆油基低聚物MAESO和HAESO,并用红外(FT-IR)对中间产物进行表征.在两种大豆油基低聚物中分别加入质量分数分别为20%的1,6-己二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和3%的IRG-184,然后涂抹在马口铁片和和聚四氟乙烯板上,进行UV固化.通过应力-应变测试、冲击强度试验、热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、凝胶含量、吸水率、附着力、铅笔硬度和光泽度等手段对膜的性能进行测试.结果表明,用马来酸酐接枝的丙烯酸化环氧大豆油做成的UV固化膜的综合性能比较好.
