新型擦鞋机结构设计与仿真

摘要

基于摆动摇杆机构、连杆滑块机构以及槽轮机构,设计了一款适合所有鞋码使用,仅需伸脚轻踩踏板就能实现五个方位同时擦鞋的新型擦鞋机。实验与仿真结果表明,擦鞋机使用方便,效果良好,达到设计要求。%Based on swinging rocker organization,connecting rod slider mechanism and slot wheel mechanism,a new type of shoe-cleaning machine is designed,which can polish five rounds of shoes at the same time when somebody steps the foot lightly on the pedal.The experiment result shows that the shoe-cleaning machine is easy to use,the effect is good,and it meets the design requirements.
