地理集聚自然形成的福建茶产业集群在发展中受到客观条件限制、成长受阻。虚拟产业集群作为产业集群发展到高级阶段的产物为福建茶产业集群在当前环境下进一步发展提供了一种新模式。基于福建茶产业集群发展现状和现实问题提出了福建茶产业虚拟集群的构建目标，进一步分析提出政府、行业协会、产业中的企业特别是龙头企业在集群构建和发展中应发挥的作用。%Fujian tea industry cluster via geographic agglomeration is limited by objective conditions, and the de-velopment is blocked. A virtual industry cluster as the product of industrial cluster in an advanced stage provides a new model for the development of Fujian tea industrial cluster under the current environment. On the analysis of present situation and the existing problems about Fujian tea industrial clusters, the goal of building a virtual cluster for Fujian tea industry is put forward, and strengthens the importance of the government, industry associa-tions, industry enterprises especially leading enterprises in the construction and development of an industry cluster.
