转 Bt 杨树对杨扇舟蛾的田间抗性及生物安全性

             

摘要

通过室外人工接虫,研究了表达Cry1A 杀虫蛋白的中嘉8号杨树转 Bt 植株对杨扇舟蛾的田间抗性和对非靶标生物的影响。连续3年的试验结果表明,人工接虫1周后,转 Bt 植株有虫株率为4%~12%,平均为8%;对照组未转化植株有虫株率都在90%以上,平均为93.3%。接虫2个月后,转Bt 植株虫口密度为2.1~3.1头/株,平均为2.5头/株;对照组未转化植株虫口密度为9.7~12.3头/株,平均为11.2头/株,并且转Bt植株和对照组未转化植株林间生物丰度差异都不显著。初步认定,中嘉8号杨树转 Bt 植株对靶标害虫-杨扇舟蛾幼虫具有明显的抗性,而对非靶标生物无明显的毒害作用,具有进一步大田释放的价值。%The transgenic popular expressing BtCry1A toxin were conducted for resistance and influence of non-target organisms to the Clostera anachoreta by artificial inoculation in the field .The three years'research results showed that attacking rate of the transgenic poplar were 4%~12% and those of non-Bt poplar were more than 90% after inoculating 1 week, the average respectively 8% and 93.3%.after inoculating 2 months population density of the transgenic poplar were 2.1~3.1 insects per plant those of non -Bt poplar are 9.7 ~12.3 insects per plant, the average were 2.5 and11.2 insects per plant. In addition,biological abundance differences were not significant between the transgenic plant and non -Bt plant.It was suggested that the transgenic Bt poplar had the obvious resistances to C .anachoreta larvae and no distinct toxicity to non-target organisms,which was of great value to further release to the field .
