城市文化创意产业竞争力评价指标体系的构建及应用研究--以上海、杭州、南京为例

         

摘要

The competitiveness of culture creative industries acts as an important evidence to evaluate the develop-ment of culture creative industries.Based on the relevant researches, the concept and the features of competitive-ness of city culture creative industries are expounded systematically , the competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed including such six subsystems as the city economic environment , culture environment, social environ-ment, development level of culture creative industries, innovation ability and creative industries influence .34 e-valuation indicators are selected.Taking Shang, Hangzhou and Nanjing as examples, the index weight coefficients of the six subsystems and 34 evaluation indicators are evaluated with the AHP model .The research shows that as to the culture creative industry competitiveness , Shanghai is the most competitive one , Hangzhou is the second and Nanjing is the third, which is consistent to the overall evaluation for the three cities.%文化创意产业竞争力是评价文化创意产业发展的重要依据。文章在梳理相关研究的基础上,系统阐述了城市文化创意产业竞争力的概念、特征,构建了包括城市经济环境、城市文化环境、城市社会环境、文化创意产业发展水平、文化创意产业创新能力和文化创意产业影响力等6个子系统在内的城市文化创意产业竞争力评价指标体系,精选34个评价指标,运用层次分析法( AHP)模型,测算了城市文化创意产业竞争力指标体系6个子系统及34个评价指标的权重,并以上海、杭州、南京为例进行实证研究。研究结果显示,在3个城市中,上海的文化创意产业竞争力最强,杭州第二,南京第三,这与目前业内对3个城市文化创意产业竞争力的总体评价基本一致。
