Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of bailing capsule on patients with latent nephritis accompanied by food intolerance. Methods: 60 patients with latent nephritis accompanied by food intolerance were selected strictly according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The patients were divided into two groups for food intervention, and each group had 30 subjects. The experiment lasted 6 months as a course of treatment. The urine red blood cell count, 24-hour urine protein quantitation, urinary microalbumin quantitation and plasma IgG content were measured before and after treatment. Results: (1) Compared with the control group, urinary red blood cell, 24-hour urinary protein content, urinary albumin content and plasma level of IgG in bailing capsule group (experiment group) were significantly lower than before treatment (p ＜ 0. 05); (2) Compared with the control group, urinary red blood cell, 24-hour urinary protein content and the level of plasma IgG decreased more significantly in bailing capsule group (p ＜ 0. 05); The total effective rate in the group was higher than that in the control group; (3) The effect on patients from the experiment group with skin symptoms and intestinal symptoms was more obvious (p ＜ 0. 05) than those without skin symptoms and intestinal symptoms. Conclusion: For patients with occult nephritis accompanied by food intolerance, the use of bailing capsule in food intervention treatment may improve the immune function, reduce proteinuria and thus achieve the expected therapeutic effect.%目的:研究百令胶囊对隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性患者治疗效果.方法:严格按照纳入标准、排除标准选择60例隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性患者, 患者被随机分到百令胶囊组、对照组, 每组各30人, 两组都进行食物干预, 以6个月为一疗程;检测两组治疗前后的尿红细胞计数、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白定量、血浆IgG含量等指标, 探讨百令胶囊对隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性患者治疗的临床疗效.结果: (1) 百令胶囊组和对照组比较, 患者尿红细胞、24小时尿蛋白含量、尿微量白蛋白含量、血浆IgG水平在治疗后均较治疗前明显降低 (P ＜0. 05); (2) 百令胶囊组与对照组比较, 百令胶囊组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组 (p ＜0. 05); (3) 百令胶囊组对同时伴皮肤症状、肠道症状患者比不伴有皮肤症状、肠道症状患者治疗效果更明显 (P ＜0. 05) .结论:对隐匿性肾炎伴食物不耐受性患者, 在食物干预治疗同时使用百令胶囊能改善机体免疫功能, 减轻蛋白尿, 从而起到治疗效果.
