创新大学生科技创新活动的有效途径研究

摘要

Technical innovative activities by college students can help students cultivate the spirit of innovation and practical ability, build the good academic atmosphere and foster positive style of study .At present, there are many problems existing in technical innovative activities by college students , including: a too small percentage of students have participated in the activities ; effective guidance from professional teachers is unavailable; unsound incentive system and so on.Finally, the author came up with effective ways for carrying out technical innovative ac-tivities by college students, such as establishing expert steering committees , creating innovative academic atmos-phere, echeloned construction, and so on.%　　大学生科技创新活动有助于培养大学生创新精神和实践能力、有助于营造大学学术氛围、有助于培养积极向上的学风。目前大学生科技创新活动中还存在学生参与面过窄、不能得到专业教师的有效指导、激励机制不完善等问题，解决的途径有成立专家指导委员会、营造创新学术氛围、对大学生进行梯队化培养、完善激励制度、加强大学生科技成果转化等。
