通过比较专业质量内审与专业质量评估在价值取向上的异同、专业质量内审与专业质量评估在方法上的异同、专业质量内审与专业质量评估实施者的异同，有利于进一步搞清专业质量内审的内涵与专业质量评估的内涵，更科学地实施对专业质量的评价。%This paper aims at further understanding the connotation of professional internal quality audit and professional quality assessment to comment the professional quality in more scientific way by comparing differences and similarities between professional internal quality audit and professional quality assessment from aspects of value orientation, assessment method and implementer.
