基于 SWOT 分析的“大湘南”旅游圈发展策略

The analysis of SWOT, referring to strengths (S), weakness (W), opportunity (O) and threat ( T) respectively, is a proven technique in strategy research.Based on SWOT technique, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of"Broad Southern Hunan"tourism circle and puts forward several suggestions for its healthy development.%在战略研究中，比较成熟的是SWOT，即优势（ S）、劣势（ W）、机会（ O）和威胁（ T）技术分析法。文章运用SWOT技术分析法分析了“大湘南”旅游圈发展过程中出现以及可能出现的问题，为“大湘南”旅游圈健康发展提出了若干建议。
