也谈公文语言的生动性

摘要

Official language is an important means for official documents,its quality directly affects the quality of the docu-ments.In addition to reflect the precise,refined,dignified,simple basic features,official language should have the vivid na-ture of languages on this basis as well as reflect the literary talents,particularly in official document,which is a major feature of the documents should be reflected in the new era.This paper described the vivid features of official language and how to imple-ment effective methods of this trait from this view.%公文语言是公文行文的重要手段，它的质量直接影响着公文的质量。公文语言除了要体现其准确、精炼、庄重、朴实的基本特征外，还此基础上力求语言的生动性特质，体现出文采来，尤其是在事务文书上更要充分体现这一特色，这应该是新时期公文应体现的又一大特色。本文就是从这一点出发，阐述公文语言生动性特质以及如何实现这一特质的有效方法。
