试析提高新闻工作人员思想政治素养的对策

摘要

The news staff is a reflection of social reality,the key to guide the public opinion,with the development of society, the news staff team is also growing,and the news staff of the ideological and political quality can decide the quality and direc-tion of public opinion of the news,if the news staff of the ideological and political quality is low,it is easy to cause the social media bias,negative effect.This papers takes the importance of improving journalists the ideological and political quality into consideration,discusses how to enhance the news staff of the ideological and political quality from the following six aspects,the news staff of the ideological and political quality,ability of self restriction of party spirit principle,basis,Ma Zhe learning spir-it,political belief stance and masses service consciousness.%新闻工作人员是反映社会现实、引导社会舆论导向的关键，随着社会的发展，新闻工作人员的队伍也在不断壮大，而新闻工作人员的思想政治素养能够在很大程度上决定新闻的质量与舆论导向，如果新闻工作人员的思想政治素养较低，便很容易造成社会舆论偏向，产生负面影响。本文便以提升新闻工作思想政治素养的重要性为研究基点，从新闻工作人员的思想政治素质、自我约束能力、党性基础原则、马哲学习精神、政治信念立场以及群众服务意识等六个方面，论述如何提升新闻工作人员的思想政治素养。
