改革开放以来贵州地方政府创新的理念、内容及途径

To establish a innovative country is the important strategic decision of CPCCC.Thus local governmental innovation becomes an important sector in the process.Since reform and opening up,Guizhou government has carried out various reforms and innovations in the sectors of administration,democracy in grass-root level,power supervision,new rural areas building under the guidance of China Central Government and adhereing the right ideological concept.The results are rewarding and push forward leap-forward development in Guizhou.%建设创新型国家,是党中央做出的重大战略决策,地方政府创新在我国创新体系中起着非常重要的作用。改革开放以来,贵州地方政府在中央政府的正确指导下,坚持正确的思想理念,在行政改革、基层民主、权力监督、新农村建设方面进行了大量的改革创新,并取得了良好的成效,从而推动了贵州经济社会的跨越发展。
